Most Common Mistakes

1. Leaning back. This¬†can happen when the weight is too heavy or you’re fatigued. Make sure you are standing straight and not leaning back.

2. Moving your elbows. Your elbows should remain stationary; do bot move them forward or backwards.

3. Creating a ‘jerking’ motion. The dumbbells should be moved up and down smoothly; focus on your biceps controlling the movement.
