Exercise and Fitness – The term fitness exercise can be taken in a couple of different ways. If you exercise you will undoubtedly get fit and if you want to get fit you will exercise. Imagine that new trim sleek looking body in the mirror and you have to stand there and shake your head until you realize that is a reflection of you!

Here is a great idea, before you get started with your new exercise health and fitness program, take a picture of yourself as you are now and set it aside for later. The key to this program to make it work is you! You are the one who is in charge and it will be up to you to get the results. There won’t be anybody to blame if you don’t succeed.

The key is to make it a habit of your everyday life. It may start out as something that you have to consciously think about doing or scheduling. Make it become such a habit that you don’t even think about it. When exercise has become a part of your natural routine, you will get the added benefit of just feeling plain good!

Let’s look at the steps that you need to complete, to being well on your way to the new sleek sexy you. Exercise in the morning to give the rest of the day a great kick-start. You burn the most calories from exercise early in the day and then you won’t have to do it later when you are already tired.

So that you will stick to your plan and it will become a habit that you actually enjoy, figure out what type of exercise suits you. Is it walking, cycling, swimming, dancing or golf? For some people a combination of different ones that work well so there is no boredom and it just makes it flow better.

Now that you have determined what type works well for you, work it into whatever you are trying to build up or slim down. For example if you are trying to slim down your thighs or arms, then maybe swimming would be great to work on those portions of your body.

If you ever feel like slacking off on your new program, just remind yourself about the new found benefits. Are your muscles beginning to tighten up, have you lost a few inches?
