To shed weight according to Dr. Joanna Hall, considered in Britain to be a true fitness and nutrition expert, author of “The 24 Hour Diet”, advises: “If you really want to get rid of unwanted pounds, the break between two meals must not exceed four hours”. She believes that, before being fed, the body must first be “cleansed”. This is a must according to her if you want to shed weight.
The first weight loss day
• Morning immediately after awakening, you prepare a mixture of: two teaspoons of honey, juice from half a lemon Tate, 30 drops of tincture in a detoxifying herb (shock, hay, nettle, etc..) And a glass hot water.
• For breakfast: soak in 200 ml of hot water: two spoonfuls of oatmeal, a tablespoon of wheat germ, three semi-dried plums, a teaspoon of flax seeds and leave them to boil for 20 minutes, then add 100 ml of hot water and stir for a minute. Put the mixture in a bowl and add two tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, half an apple and half a pear (both cut into cubes).
• At half break at 10.00: an herbal tea, six almonds and an apple.
• At lunch, eat a soup made from a tomato cut into cubes, half a red onion, a small red pepper, one large cucumber, two cloves of garlic, a little pepper, basil, one tablespoon of olive oil and a teaspoon of sugar.
• The afternoon snack: dried fruit: two or three nuts, figs and dates.
• Evening: drink 200 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with half a banana and eat a half of apple (or pear) and six nuts.
• Before going to bed: an herbal tea.
The following three weight loss days
• The menu will be same as on the first day, except that in the evening you can eat 5 more oz of fish or lean meat, grilled with fresh vegetables or cooked by steaming, on which you poured a little olive oil.
If you have to lose 30 pounds you will have to take it more slowly and gradually. You can’t expect to shed weight super fast.
