Whether you go to the gym or not, chest workout routine is an indispensable part of a man’s life. Especially those in their youth or those who are alert for their health, they love to show off the broad and powerful chest muscles. The most common exercise that is suggested for this purpose is push ups. Moreover, if you have the stamina and the determination, the simplest out of all would be doing 7 minutes of constant push ups every morning. Here you must check that your body can not bare more than 30 push ups in 1 minute, that is, 210 in 7 minutes. If you try to exceed further, it might harm you in place of benefits.

Try doing some warm up exercises before workout. It strengthens the body and adds to your stamina. If you are planning to do the vigorous moves, stick to lighter warm ups like jogging, tread mill, cycling, etc.

Another set that you can try is doing 3 sets of flat bench presses. In each set, you will have to do something between 6 & 10 reps in each set.

Next on the list are 3 sets of incline bench presses. Here also each set would have to do 6 to 10 reps.

At the end you would have to do parallel bar dips’ 3 sets of similar number of reps.

On an advanced level of chest workout routine, a good option is dumbbell flies. In this each set comprise of 10 to 15 reps and you have to do 3 sets at a stretch.

Another choice in the higher level is 3 sets of cable cross-over is daily. Here the reps in each set are 10 to 15.

Intense weight lifting programs can help you a lot in this endeavor. However, if any intense exercise program is taken up with out any professional guidance, it might be dangerous. So, if you choose to use this technique, make sure that you seek proper guidance from a certified physical trainer.
